Our house has two bedrooms a bathroom a living room a kitchen fully equipped.It has an amazing balcony that has the whole sea in front of it and unlimited Sunsets from your balcony.

Ravdoucha by the sea, is one of the most beautiful and wild places of the peninsula of Rodopos, in CHANIA, in western Crete, 30 kms west of the city of Chania, and 50 kms from Chania International Airport National road )
This small village, with only few inhabitants, overlooks the Gulf of Kissamos-Kastelli.Right across is Balos unique beach.
The house is just by the sea front. Its terrace leads straight to the beach.
In the small village are 2 taverns, at 7 kms are ATM,supermarkets, restaurants, long beach.
Ideal place in Crete for Fishing,snorkeling,relax, away from crowds.

Note: The house is on the first floor of the building .

What to do  Ravdoucha – Activities :
Ravdoucha is the best location for snorkeling.
Beautiful walking paths upwards to Ravdoucha village.

Adventure driving excursion through Rodopos village, to  Agios Ioannis Gionas Monastery (rough road- take water and food).
Driving trip for ELAFONISSI beach (50 kms )

Tip: When is strong Western wind,  Ravdoucha gets an agitaded sea. So, you can drive the opposite side of the peninsula where sea is very calm , and enjoy beach and snorkeling at AFRATA beach (10 kms), road  through  ASPRA NERA village.

Before your arrival you get full driving directions, personal welcome contact. In the house, you will find all the necessary items for a full breakfast the next morning (coffee, milk, tea, orange juice, toast, jam).

To book :  20% of total value is needed. Through a bank transfer to the owner directly.

Procedure : When you make a definitive reservation , we send you a reservation voucher-road indications. Then you can send the deposit .The rest, payment in cash on your arrival.
