Ravdoucha by the beach, is a small peacefull place,away from crowds, below the top of Rodopou peninsula. Faces Kasteli bay and at the end Balos beach.
In the village are  2 fresh fish restaurants, and commercial center is at Kolymbari 7kms drive.

The property:
Is the top end of the beach at 150 meters, overlooks the bay in a land with a large parking and gardens below the house.
Traditional stone made house, has a large open to view living room with adjoining dining area and an outdoor dining-living area.

Capacity: Up to 8 persons, with 3 bedrooms -2 double beds and 2 single beds  (airconditioned),2 bathrooms.

In living room is a single  sofa bed and an extra mobile single  bed.
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher and all the necessary to cook any kind of food!
Equipment:

Sheets- towels are provided, sunbeds and wooden sits outside.
a flat-screen satellite TV in the living room and two smaller in the bedrooms, washing machine and free Wi-Fi.

What to do  Ravdoucha – Activities :
Ravdoucha is the best location for snorkeling.
Beautiful walking paths upwards to Ravdoucha village.

Driving to Kissamos and take the boat for BALOS beach for a day’s trip.
Adventure driving excursion through Rodopos village, to  Agios Ioannis Gionas Monastery (rough road- take water and food).
Driving trip for ELAFONISSI beach (50 kms )

perfect villa for holidays!

We had amazing holidays in this beautiful traditional villa full of green and flowers, surrounded by olives trees. The view is spectactular, specially wacthing the sunset! we called it magic!it was brilliant waken up and smell the fresh air and had breakfast on the balcony at the dining table. We recommended this amazing property to everyone!
